Cocoa Brown Tough Stuff Review

Hey Guys,

Not so long ago I went to an Irish magazine launch party called 'OohLaLa.' At this event we were greeted with goody bags and Champagne. When opening the goody bag, the first thing I noticed was a Cocoa Brown bag. In it we received Cocoa Brown Night to Day tan and Cocoa Brown Tough Stuff. I was so excited about Tough Stuff as I had seen it advertised a lot and seemed like a super handy thing to have in your tan collection.

As I have mentioned in other posts I am not the worlds biggest tan fan. That being said I do tend to put it on when I'm getting ready for a night out. One thing that I don't like about non wash off tans is the next day the tan can be left looking grubby and not in anyway like a tan. One place I always feel looks extremely horrible is feet.

After a night out my tan gets patchy all around my feet and it can be impossible to remove sometimes. This means for days I'm walking around looking like I have some weird disease on my feet. This is where the wonderful invention that is Tough Stuff comes in.

The packet may look small but trust me there is enough in it to get rid of a large amount of tan.

One of the key things I loved about this is the smell and colour. A pink scrub? What more could a girl want..

When I was using I really didn't think there would be enough in the packet but you only need a small amount to get tan of those grubby looking places.

I am one of those people who cannot stand feet but as this is where my tan looked the worst and for the purpose of this review this is (sadly) where I had to take the pictures.

As you can see my feet went from being a disgusting mess back to their normal pale ways.

This product is seriously a lifesaver when it comes to tan fading away and if you haven't already tried it you seriously need to get your hand on it. For €2.99 in your local Primark you can't go wrong.

My 20th Birthday Outfit and Haul.

Hey Guys,

If you follow me on twitter you would have seen me posting about my birthday which was yesterday. (24th August)

It was such a good day and possibly one of my best birthdays so far. I celebrated it with my Twin whose birthday it was too, (obviously) family
and friends and got so many lovely gifts and birthday wishes of people.

Before last week I was actually terrified about turning 20. There's something so scary about leaving your teens and becoming a full adult. I'm one of those people that hates getting older and would be quiet happy to be 18 for a long time. Last week I got over that and actually got really excited and couldn't wait for my birthday to come around and now I'm looking forward to the year that lies ahead.

For this post I thought I would do a little haul of some things I got from people and then show some pictures of what I wore out.

What I got:

Beauty:

Real Techniques Brushes
Lauren Conrad Beauty
Girls Aloud Lashes: Kimberley

Fashion:

Bershka Playsuit
Primark Dress
Primark Scarf
Bershka T-shirt

What I wore:

Top: New Look
Skirt: New Look
Bag: Primark

My Top 5 Fragrances

Hey Guys,

I thought I would share some of my favourite perfumes with you today. Even though I am terrible at describing scents I still thought I would show you which ones I love and some I repurchase.
So lets get to it.

1. Daisy - Marc Jacobs: The first time I got a sniff of this was when my mam came home with it awhile ago. It was one of those perfumes that at first I didn't think was that great but literally the more my mam wore it, the more I loved it. Then suddenly everyone was buying it so it must be good!

2. Alien - Thierry Mugler: This perfume was featured in my empties post and I haven't gotten a new one since because I can't afford it just yet. I am seriously addicted to this perfume. Usually I get it for my birthday or christmas because it's not exactly the cheapest perfume but it is my favourite. I have repurchased this so many times and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. If you have never heard of this one you should definitely try it out the next time you're are near fragrances.

3. 2 - Ralph Lauren: I don't own this perfume myself but my sister recently purchased it and every time she's down I tend to rob a bit on her. (Sorry Sara)  For me this is such a lovely perfume and kind of gives off a summery scent to it but it is a lot stronger than other perfumes so if you're not a fan of the strong smell I wouldn't go for this.

4. Touch of Pink - Lacoste: From what I remember this was one of the first perfumes I got. I loved it so much but never repurchased it as I was young and wanted to try some other ones before I stuck to a certain one. Before doing this post I actually forgot about this one but I am strongly considering repurchasing it as it's just so nice.

5. CK One Shock - Calvin Klein: I ran out of perfume one day and needed something small and cheap so when looking at the sale perfumes I came across a bottle of this. I quickly picked it up and fell in love. The smell is much softer than some perfumes but this is what I loved about it. It's perfect for if you only like something light and not overpowering.

So those are all my favourite fragrances and if you looked at this post because you thought you'd find out about their scents I am sorry, but I just cannot describes scents. I am terrible at it. Other than that I hope you enjoyed finding out about some of my favourite perfumes.

CBS Grad 2013

Hey Guys,

On Monday it was one of my friends Grads (Debs) and asked me to go with him. It was such a great night and even though I take that many pictures, I thought I'd show some of the ones that were taken.

Since most of the things I have to say about the night are funny stories that would make me ramble for to long so I'm just going to show some pictures.

(Me and my nanny)

(No idea whats going on with my head but I thought I'd through it in anyway!)

Positive Post #3

Hey guys,

The reason I thought of doing a positive post this week was because with results week coming up people can find the whole thing a bit daunting.

|Picture from here|

When I saw this quote I really thought it would be perfect for today's topic. The future is kind of a scary thing, especially when you have no idea what's in store for you.

So the future, some people know exactly what they want from it, others might not have the slightest clue. Both of these things are OK. Nobody can tell you what you must do because in the end you have to do what makes you happy.

Speaking from experience there is going to be a rush of emotion the day of results between nerves, extreme joy, relief and maybe some sadness. (I hope the last one won't happen to any of you)
You're going to need to take some time to take everything in because everyone has been waiting for this day for quite some time.

In the end, no matter what is in the envelope, you did everything you could. If what you wanted is inside that well done. You deserve it because you worked your bottoms off to get there. If not, don't get too down. One thing I heard over that whole year and that summer was 'What's for you won't pass you by' and to me this saying could not be more true.

For my results I didn't get what I wanted. I felt lost, confused and seriously had no idea what I was going to do. In the end I went to college but it just wasn't for me. I then made a big decision and decided to leave. For me this was one of my best decisions as I wasn't enjoying what I was doing but when I left and had some time to think I realised what I wanted.

So yes the day that no one wants to think about is coming and everyone is starting to feel overwhelmed but all I can say is don't let what is in that envelope make you think your future is mapped out. Yes for some people it might be, but for others, if things didn't go as expected, there is so much for you out there. You just need to find it.

Also good luck to everyone waiting on results. I'm sure you will all do great.

Someday Summary - Thursday.

Hey Guys

It's been a pretty boring week this as the Irish weather has made a reappearance which means there isn't much to do and I've been stuck in the house for most of it.

My friends grad (debs) is in a few weeks so I'm trying to get everything ready for that and I'm trying to decided what way to wear my hair and the little things like that.

Since I've been stuck in the house all week I decided to start watching the vampire diaries. Now I can say I am 100% obsessed.

❤ This week I have been also coming up with new ways to expand my blog and I'm feeling really positive about it because blogging is something I have loved since day one. Hopefully it works out.
